Warmest Holiday Wishes from Kapalua, Maui!

As the holidays approach, Kapalua is awash with palm trees with sparkling white lights. The Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua is a favorite destination for visitors and locals alike, with thousands of twinkling palms. The winter swell brings large waves to Maui's famous Honolua Bay, and people line up along the cliffs to watch the surfers. And visitors from all over the world begin to arrive for a week or two of sunshine amidst a cold winter.
As we head into our busy season, the Kapalua real estate market traditionally picks up with new listings popping up across the resort in anticipation of the upswing that typically accompanies our winter/spring market. Since the first of December, there are 15 new listings:
