Mortgage Debt Relief Provision EXTENDED for 1 Year!
 
Great news!
According to the Michigan Association of REALTORS(r) part of the fiscal cliff deal included the extension of mortgage debt cancelation relief. This is great news for those who are in a short sale situation.
