December Property sales were 19, up 111.1% from 9 in December of 2011 and equal to 0.0% 19 sales last month. December 2012 sales were at their highest level compared to December of 2011 and 2010. December year-to-date sales of 175 are running 33.6% ahead of last year's year-to-date sales of 131.


The Median Sales Price in December was $245,000, down -7.5% from $265,000 in December of 2011 and down -0.6% from $246,400 last month. The Average Sales Price in December was $280,418, down -15.8% from $332,967 in December of 2011 and down -2.0% from $286,226 last month. The December 2012 Average Sales Price was at the lowest level compared to December of 2011 and 2010.


The Total Inventory of Properties available for sale as of December was 100, up 1.0% from 99 last month and up 11.1% from 90 in December of last year. December 2012 Inventory was at highest level compared to December of 2011 and 2010.
