According to today's Desert Sun : The home, built in 1957 in what’s now Thunderbird Heights, is for sale for $3,495,000. At 6,700 square feet with six bedrooms and five-and-a-half baths, the home has been enlarged and modified over the years, said Carl Mitrak, the broker with Keller Williams Realty, the firm representing the property.
Crosby sold the house in about 1963 when he built another home in Palm Desert, said Mitrak.  Rumors of JFK and Marilyn  swirl around the home...it’s openly debated whether President John F. Kennedy spent time with Marilyn Monroe at the home.
