Eavesdropping, maybe you don't like to have to do it at the Piggly Wiggly check out with the person in front and behind you on a cell phone but real estate callers may be different. See if you can relate to the Florida Maine real estate buyer who was originally from Massachusetts that called our office this morning.
Sold lock, stock and barrel to get out of Boston, to get to Naples, Florida. Then sold out there and moved up to Port Charlotte.
But now in retirement misses the four seasons, wants it not to be so hot hot hot in summers so Maine is looking pretty attractive. Where in Florida he is racing to this air conditioned car, to house, to shopping and making him feel like he and his wife are living in a grocery store meat cooler.
Too hot and wants to buy more, larger Maine land, have some space. Be a hobby farmer.
Not set the world on fire with crack of dawn to sunset dusk laboring round the clock. But to know what he and his wife are eating. They can, preserve food they grow now and just want all the way around healthy living on ... more
