When Your Buyer Knows Your Blogs It’s a Good Sign
I was with a new client and part of his family yesterday showing cabins and homes at Fishhawk Lake. As we did the tour, I would point out items of interest or talk about the local wildlife. I pointed out  the creek where the salmon spawn yearly and some of the photos I’d taken in years past. Oh, yes, he’d seen those.
 
I talked about the bald eagle swooping down recently to try to capture something in the water. Yup, he’d seen those pictures, too and read my blog. And his family chimed in saying, wouldn’t it be fun to see a bald eagle?!
 
As we went along, I realized as he talked, how many blogs he had read of mine! He had a good working knowledge of Fishhawk Lake from his reading online and recognized areas from photos I had taken. The very first lakefront cabin we looked at was exactly the setting he’s been searching for.
