Real Estate and the emergence of greatness. The proverbial Dog and Pony Show is over!
I often think that like any profession, economy, life, or venture, everything has a cycle. Sooner or later the cycle is broken and a new one starts.
It is no mystery that in the last couple of years the Real Estate as well as other factors in the economy have had to step up to the plate in order to foster correction. The adjustment. A new playing field.
The same holds true with the brokers, salespeople, mortgage brokers, insurance companies, and more.
I have seen some of the best go, I have seen some that should go, go. I admire the tenacity that some people can endure, and the amazing amount of hope and desire, as well as conviction, we can maintain. This is a  business that often has smoking guns and magic mirrors involved. There truly has never been such a thing as a crystal ball, although if there was a web site for one for Realtors I am confident most of us would have sent off for one, and gazed upon it occasionally from our desk top.
