Downtown Condo Market is back on track
Back in 2006 construction of condos in downtown Fort Worth and the 7th Street area was at a fever pitch. Tons of beautiful new urban residences flooded the market and consumer interest was high. As the national real estate market declined from it's peak in 2006 the inventory began to accumulate, and then following the market crash of 2008 we entered a period of depressed prices and buyer reluctance to commit to the urban lifestyle in Fort Worth Texas.

Today we have a Seller's market in Fort Worth and one of the few segments of our local market with available inventory is the downtown urban market. So now, in addition to seeing a general recovery in the condo market we are seeing increased interest by consumers due to the lack of other available housing in the area. Condo sales have increased dramatically in the past few months.
If you are searching for a home in Fort Worth and haven't been able to find one that suits you I would love ... more
