Whenever I am referring out a customer of mine I always ask myself this question, “Does this agent pass the mom test?” If my mom was buying or selling a home in this person’s area of expertise would I feel comfortable giving this agent my mom as a buyer or as a seller?
I can say 100% with absolutely zero doubt that Phil Faranda passes the mom test.
If my mom was buying a home for sale in Westchester County I would sleep well at night knowing that Phil Faranda will be representing them throughout their transaction.
When looking to give a referral I want to know the agent I am giving the customer is first technically capable of handling the transaction.  Do they know their product, do they have experience, essentially I’m asking myself “Does this person know what they are doing?”
Phil Faranda lives and works in the Westchester County area, so I know he understands what makes each village different, what to look out for, what the pricing is like, what neighborhoods are more in demand than others.  I have no doubt he knows his product.
