Las Vegas Real Estate Inventory is seeing a major decrease as the aftermath of NV AB 284. Active listings are up stagnant at the moment but LOW LOW LOW! 2012 will be another interesting year for Las Vegas Real Estate!

Listings (1/15/2013): 4413 Under Contract (1/15/2013): 12866 Sold December 2012: 3487 Short Sales:
18% of Listings 47% of Sales REO (Foreclosures, Bank Owned:)
12% of Listings 10% of Sales In One Month: Listings are DOWN -258 units, Contracted Listings DOWN -873 units, Sales are UP +314 units. Close ratios are going lower because much of the pending inventory is short sales which requires LONGER close times.
