The developers of Ashburn Farm, Cavalier Land Development Corporation, marvelously planned it to suit the rolling terrains. This resulted to the winding boulevards and numerous trees that make up the Ashburn Farm Community of today. The community is bordered by The Washington Old & Dominion Railroad to the North, Ashburn Road to the East, and Belmont Ridge Road to the West. All thoroughfares are maintained by the State of Virginia, but the townhouse area roads are maintained by the Ashburn Farm Association
