Real Estate - Why Be An Agent?
Are Realtors a Happy Bunch? I am a Happy Realtor.
I will admit it. I watch Grey’s Anatomy on Hulu. Okay maybe not the best TV, but it is a mindless show that lets me chill before sleeping. Last night I had to laugh as the doctors were complaining about their jobs and the stress and blah bl!ah blah. Then one doctor says, “I want to be a Realtor, It looks like fun. Realtors…… well, Realtors look happy!”  While the conversation had little to do with real estate it gave me pause.  Do people perceive Realtors as a happy bunch?
The second thing I will admit is that I like my job. With all the negative aspects of being a Realtor, there are a good number of great things that I can do as a realtor that other profession would never permit.
I like my job and all the perks that come from the lifestyle. Is it perfect? No, nothing in life is perfect (yes, there was Quinn, my last dog. He was perfect), but what in life is truly perfect?  
So what are a few of those great things that keep ME happy?? 
Flexible schedule. Meeting great people.  Touring ... more
