Coral Springs Landlord Registration Program
All property owners in Coral Springs Florida who currently rent their home, condo, apartment, etc., are first required by the city to register as a business. If the owner lives outside of the Tri-County area they are also required to give the name of a local property manager, or someone else who is local, to the city as a first point of contact in case the city needs to communicate with the landlord or their designated representative.
