 Nassau, Suffolk, New York, Queens and Brooklyn county's, one of the most common request from potential home buyers and renters these day is if that location has been "Feng Shuied."  I am currently working on 3 major construction projects, one in Jersey City, Long Island City and Long Island that are implementing Feng Shui into their entire design.  These projects have even incorporated the blessing ceremonies into the various phases of construction, which is key.  Feng Shui is not a luxury or trend, it's a lifestyle that many belief in.
As a real estate agent, it would be in your best interest to either attend a Feng Shui seminar, workshop, lecture or class.  If that is not an option, the next best thing is to higher a Certified Feng Shui Consultant.  I have worked with numerous Real Estate agents, interior designers and Architects to help guide and assist in Feng Shui assessments for potential buyers, remodeling and brand new construction projects. 
Learning about Feng Shui or collaborating with a Certified consultant will only enhance your chances of selling that home and selling those units for that brand new condo or co-op.
