Where do you invest your hard earned money? Everyone is always reading and talking to people about how they invest their money. You have the stock market where you hear about people who day trade and make thousands. You have financial advisors who claim they will get you 20% return per year if you give them your money to invest (at a fee of course). You have your best friend saying they have this new get quick scheme that will make you rich over night! Everyone has heard the various ways one can invest their money; yet, the major problem is no one really knows which the best is.
Now there are many ways to look at the best way, and this too depends on the person’s risk factor when investing. Obviously the more risk, the higher the return. The lower the risk, the lower the return. Can’t we just have high return with low risk? Well I’m no expert, but as a real estate agent, I understand the real estate market.
