Another Condo in SummerTree in New Port Richey SOLD in 31 Days
Back in early Feb I met with a customer who wanted to sell his condo in SummerTree in New Port Richey, FL. We met in the smaller confrence room in our office and we had a chat.  It seems his last 2 agents (thats right..2) gave him what he thought to be a run around.  The first question he asked me was "are you a listing agent or a selling agent?" Now, I've been know to be quick on my feet so I replied "As your agent I will be the one to sell your condo so, I would have to say I am a Selling agent."  He laughed and said he felt that there are too many agents running around taking listings and not selling them. (I grinned in agreement)
This nice gentleman told me he had been trying to sell for a year and was only giving me 90 days to sell his condo. I agreed and priced it higher than his last agent.  31 days later we are under contract for almost Full Price and still higher than what his last agent had him reduce to. (because I am a selling agent) ;-)
