Virtual office
I am one of the few, but I enjoy going into the office!  I also like floor time, which is just a 2hr phone shift.  I have picked up numerous buyers and several listings in the past month.  my office is very high energy and actually fun to be at.  I like meeting buyers at my office, I think it's very professional and a safety issue for me when meeting them for the first time.  I agree connecting agents to other agents gets boring, but I feel a presence in the office is a positive one and I don't know how many times clients think if I am not at the office, I have a day off...(what's that! lol) In the past week we have picked up several "walk-in's" to list their homes (all high-end)  So I guess there is something to be said about "physically" being there! ... more
