Westborough Mass Real Estate - Low inventories driving up home prices
Are statistics really necessary for people to see that real estate inventories in Westborough, Northborough, Southborough, and Shrewsbury, are pretty low right now? 
All anyone has to do is drive through Westborough, MA, and look for real estate signs.  They're hard to find.  Given this, it should be no surprise that home prices are up in the Metrowest community over the same period a year ago.   
Sales prices still have room to grow to get back to pre-recession levels, but the combination of low inventories and the trend toward higher prices, leads me to believe that it will be a good seller's market this Spring.
