One at a time.....what to do
 
Our office, Red Key Realty Leaders, offers excellent training for their agents (and any others) who wish to take advantage of it. Yesterday was a class on forms led by Kim Odegard.  I found one of the tech tips extremely helpful and thought I'd share.
I have quite a few clients that do not have printer scanners that will scan multiple sheets at once into one PDF file.  They will email documents that are scanned one at a time.  The email will sometimes contain 12 individual PDF files.
Many times I wish to forward those documents on to someone as one PDF file.  I had tried a couple of different online PDF merging websites.  They really didn’t work well for me.
My best option was to print and rescan as one PDF.  This caused a lot of extra printing.  Let’s not forget that expensive drum that turns every time you scan or print.
The tech tip that I received yesterday was a website called Docupub.com.  It easily converts PDF files into one.  A file that contains multiple pages on one PDF can be merged with other PDF files also.  I will be getting a lot of use out of this website and hope ... more
