It's that time of year when the Phoenix Area ActiveRain Yocal Locals get together for a little spring time happy hour fun!  We're going to be holding at the same great place as last fall - BJ's Restaurant and Brewery.  We've got plenty of space reserved in the bar area which is very conducive  to walking around and talking to everyone- which you know we all love to do! 
The ActiveRain crowd of real estate professionals is an upbeat crew full of great ideas.  If you're new to ActiveRain or you'd like to get your feet wet on ActiveRain a happy hour is a great way to get started - with a kick!
