Appleton Mortgage Success Story : Marco (Recently Divorced)
Marco is a recently divorced single father with three children that live with him in Appleton.  He mentioned that he had seen our website at wi-mortgage.com and the success stories of other Appleton homeowners motivated him to contact us.  Marco informed me at the beginning of the application process that the divorce had created a couple negative blemishes on his credit report.  Even though the divorce decree stated that his ex-wife was required to pay some of the credit cards, she did not.  Marco only found out after receiving phone calls from the credit card companies.  Unfortunately, I have seen this happen many times in my time as a licensed loan officer.
