Do you use your Second Language in Real Estate?
Are you one of those fortunate people that grew up speaking another language at home? Perhaps you are first, second..... generation American or dedicated years studying to gain proficiency in another language. If that is the case I would love to know how you would use this second language to help and inform your clients. I just happen to be a Spanish speaking agent.
How to reach out to that foreign speaking client?
Yesterday I had a very sweet and humble women walk into the office here in Passaic County, asking for a Spanish speaking agent.
Maria's meek and humble attitude touched my heart she was so anxious and hopeful that there would be someone that could speak to here and help her in her search. Just like Maria there are other people out there that may have very little knowledge of English and the home buying process and need our help.
I would love to hear your suggestions of what to do to help the non English speaking client?
