For those of you that follow my blog, you know that I like to share success stories.  There is nothing more fun than blogging about all of the quick sales we have.  Am I tooting our own horn a bit?  Yup.  And I will continue to.  That said...
We listed this sucker almost two years ago.  The sellers and ourselves knew that it was going to be a tough one.  And it was.  We weren't incredibly flexible on price, the competition was high, and the layout on this home was a little different.  We knew it was going to take the right buyer.
