At Realty Pro's Tuesday realtor meeting...we were honored to hear Noah Blanton from Stewart Title give us an update, "we are at the lowest level of homes to sell in the last 12 years." Our market statistics show that this number has been falling for about 18 months.  There are plenty of great opportunities out there for sellers and for buyers too. We are hopefully seeing a 3.3% rise in home values predicted for Clark County, WA for this year.
