Once Upon a Time...Visualizing a Farewell Dinner.
Don't you just love a good love story? 
Once Upon a Time a couple met and fell in love. She had a single family home and he had a top floor condo in a lovely 55 and older community.  They were deciding which one should move to be together.
 Forget it.
He did not want to move into the rancher and she did not want to move into the condo. After much discussion they will be going out west to find their dream home... a place that is full of art and culture and open skies. You see he is an astronomer and she is an art lover and collector.
 I am the lucky Realtor® who gets the privilege of selling both the condo and the rancher. Today they got on a plane to explore  New Mexico and find a home together.
His condo is on the market and her home will be ready to show in another week or so. I have had a number of showings on the condo and after doing the "coming soon" blog and teaser ad, I have some interest from other Realtors® to see the rancher.
