Spring a Time for Change. Say thank you not I am sorry
Spring a time for change. Say thank you, not I am sorry. On occasion I receive phone calls from a home owner in Wayne NJ, where maybe a showing agent did something wrong. It could be as simple as a kitchen light was left on. On the other hand a buyer client my express complaints about their experience with another agent. Well homes are moving locally in Wayne NJ, increased activity can bring unexpected consecuences.
What is the best way to handle complaints and improve your relationships?
"The kitchen light was left on, the cat got out, the last agent I worked with was awful"  Don't say I am sorry and excuse others for their blame just say thank you and show them how things will be made whole......
This positive attitude will strengthen your relationships, demonstrate your positive attitude and make your spring market productive and a happy time.
My policy is to do everything possible to meet my clients real estate goal and that it be a happy experience.
Like grandma would say
"You catch more flies with honey then vinegar"
