Low Inventory of Condos in 22192
Do you have a condo in Lake Ridge that you want to sell?
Now might be the time for you to really think about selling your condo. 
According to the graph, condo listings are at an all time low for the past year.
There are currently 16 condos that are active listings in the MLS (multiple listing service.)  Of those 16 condos, 7 of them are new construction.

In the past year, there have been over 123 sold condos.  The sold prices range from $45,000 to $225,000.
Inventory is down by 29% from last year for all housing in 22192.
Interest rates are still low so buyers are out looking for places to live.
