Well, here we are at the end of a long drawn out February and March and finally into April, all the snow is gone and everyone is just waiting to get out and about and enjoy some great weather. Things are popping around town and many things are going on.  
 
Some recent stats on our growing City of Cranston and what is happening around town. There are currently 259 ACTIVE LISTINGS IN CRANSTON, a low of $79,900, 36 Cliff Avenue, and a high of $1,999,000, 80 Seaview Avenue 
 
Things have been improving overall in Rhode Island & the State Wide MLS reports:
 
There were a total of 70 sales in the City from February 28,2013 to April 1, 2013
 
There were 13 sales $200,000 to $300.000
The average number of Days on the market, DOM was 53. 
 
There were 8 sales over $300,000 & there were 3 sales over $400,000, things are improving everyday. Stay tuned for next month.
