I have decided that I am tired of all the negative talk about the real estate market.  I have put together a two day open house schedule that I call "Preview to Spring".  I have 15 homes, all new construction, that will be open from 1 - 4 PM on Saturday and Sunday.  I am giving away 2 - $50.00 gas cards as an incentive to bring in buyers.
 The homes are located in various parts of the Green Bay area so it should appeal to everyone no matter where they would like to live.
 Let's hope the weather cooperates.  Wish me luck!  I'll let you know how it goes.
