What a Sacramento Real Estate Agent Needs for Success
This morning I received a spam email through Active Rain from a seller of socks of Poland who decided that writing to a Sacramento real estate agent was a good way to sell socks. Socks from Poland, no less. Can't say it has ever crossed my mind that I need Polish socks for some reason. I have plenty of socks in my sock drawer and if I didn't, Poland would not be on the radar for socks.
It constantly astonishes me what people do and think is a good way to market. To be successful in the business, there's only one thing you need to do.
