Working For A Buyer, I Wish I Knew Then... Many of us start our career representing a buyer. Or that's what I have seen. And I was one of 
them when I started my Real Estate career.

As times goes on, we learn the fact that we must list to last. (As much as I like to agree to that, I have seen very successful buyer's agent - including some of them here, at ActiveRain.)
I was glad I was working with someone. They were first time home buyers. It was very difficult to find a home for them. In fact, as a first time home buyer's representative and I was looking at the homes as if I was buying a home. (You know those feelings I am sure.)
I just kept on showing the homes one after another and we were at half century mark!

I wish I knew then that the home buying is a process of elimination and not selection!
As we rejected almost all the homes for one reason or the other, we came across a new construction. And there was no reason for me to like the home. (Yes, me - and not the buyers!)
