Cleaning Up After the Crows and Other Birds on Your Balcony or Deck
People might wonder how I can find any time to fight with the black crows at my home in Land Park, given the amount of business I manage, but sometimes those crows can be a welcome addition to my day. Not to mention, I am very organized. I don't spend time on things that don't produce results for my clients. They come first in my business model. As long as I continue to focus on keeping them happy and working with clients I like, business flows smoothly. I don't have to think of anything else but that during the day. That's a great way to work, isn't it?
I am meeting with a prospective client today to talk about listing a home in Del Paso Manor. This afternoon, I am listing a home in Woodland, and I should have a new listing going on the market today in Tahoe Park. I've got a few listings left to sell that need a bit more networking to push them along, but I will devote time to that activity later today because it's important. I don't want to leave any stone unturned or untouched in my inventory.
