Gainesville Florida Real Estate Market Watch, March 2013

As a Realtor® member of the Gainesville Alachua County Association of Realtors it is my pleasure to pass along an exceptionally well done market analysis for the Gainesville Florida (Alachua County) real estate market.
Welcome to the new year for real estate as we get a look at the opening month of the first quarter compiled. A variation in the report at the beginning of the year is the separation of data between Single Family Detached residential and MultiFamily Attached residential. There are now essentially two reports as there are distinct differences between these two local markets.
