January 1st to April 30th.
Since home sales are quite different for each price range, I thought I would show you what has happened up till the end of April and how the market is trending at the moment in each price category.

Homes under $300K
This chart shows an increase both in sales and listings since the beginning of our Spring Selling season.
This is the most popular price range in this area as in most areas and sales tend to be at lighting speed if the price is set at market value.
Months inventory went from 5 months in January to 8 months for February and March and dropped to 4 months inventory for April.
Sellers: Low inventory is a good sign for anyone who is thinking of Selling their home at the moment.
Buyers: There are still a nice selection of Homes for sale in Oak Harbor and North Whidbey Island in the under $300K price range.
