Will my Realtor® be at the home inspection?

 
When I (Jared) work with a client that is buying a home in Fort Wayne, I make the commitment to be by their side during the entire process.
Part of that process is the home inspection.  
A lot of my clients are first time home buyers that need a lot more guidance and direction than the experienced buyers, but I'll attend inspections for the experienced buyers as well.
 
I've seen this question discussed here on ActiveRain before and in real estate groups on Facebook.  I've actually been on both sides of it.
In fact, I wrote a blog post or two about it.  The first I believe that I talk about NOT going to the inspection because our previous broker didn't like her agents to attend them due to liability issues.  I was not a fan of not going because I felt out of the loop.  Sure, I could see the pictures the inspector took, and I can read the description of what he said was wrong, but it's not like being there in person and seeing it with your own eyes.
I firmly believe that a Realtor® should be at the home inspection, right beside their client.
