Breaking Free of The Boring Colonial Design! Bungalow's on Steroids!
Yesterday, I went to see how the construction of the  all new Potomac Shores community was coming along. It is in Eastern Prince William County Virginia on the shores overlooking the Potomac River being devloped by Sun Cal out of California.
As I drove past the homes on model row. One particular model just spoke to me. As I walked around the side, I caught myself saying, this feels so familiar to me. Almost like a Deja Vu moment. I paused and said  what is it about this house that is grabbing me.  As you can see it is a fresh new design unlike anything we have seen in this area. Yet, it felt vaguely familiar. Then on the way home sitting in traffic it hit me. The lines are like that the home I grew up in. 
 

 
Sure enough when I got home, I pulled out this photo and I was struck by the similarity.
