Washougal River and Territorial Views. This is a little video clip of the Washougal River in Washougal, WA that reminds me a lot of driving through Denver, Colorado. You can briefly see the winding Washougal River below in the trees. The flat level spot below is a community park which is part of a neighborhood up on 1st Ave.  The neighborhood has many gorgeous homes tucked into the trees--most of them you can't even see because they are off the road and back up above. Many of them are still waterfront but the actual waterfront is barely accessible. That's why they have the community park so the owners can access the river for fishing, kayaking, swimming, etc. If you'd be interested to know more, feel free to call me or email me for information on homes for sale on the Washougal River.
