According to realestate.com the data was overwhelming as 84% of those 2400+ real estate pros replied expect real estate values “as well as the volume of transactions” will grow in 2013. In addition, ActiveRain professionals also predicted that every primary market will finish the year up forecasting home values to grow this year. It’s fairly safe to presume they’re right about this as well given the accuracy of the ActiveRain professional’s prior forecasts.
