Pirates Revealed Trulia, Zillow, Realtor.com and Redfin? Just Say NO!!!
Tired of your listings being splashed across the internet and then you have to pay to advertise on these sites? We as listing agents have a choice! You just need to consult with the seller and get their signature. At first I thought is was so great to have so much information at my finger tips, but now after my buyer complained for six months that people were still knocking at his door wanting to buy his house in Foreclosure, which it wasn't we had completed a Short Sale. I started thinking maybe this is just too much information for the general public to handle. Once your house is on the internet guess what, there it stays for evermore! And everyone knows how much you paid!
This is what it looks like on my MLS input field. Only we as listing agents can stop the public abuse of our listings!
