There are four steps to getting a real estate license in Missouri:
Take a 48-hour pre-Exam course. This pre-Exam course can be taken in a classroom setting. 1st Choice Real Estate School (http://www.1stChoiceRealEstateSchool.com) Career Education Systems (http://www.CESStL.com) Coldwell Banker School of Real Estate (https://www.cbresourcecenter.com/cbgschool/) You can also take the pre-Exam course online. 1st Choice Real Estate School (http://www.1stChoiceRealEstateSchool.com) Real Estate Express (http://www.RealEstateExpress.com) Pass the Missouri and National exams.  The pass rate for both exams is about 50% right now.  Going to a good school, like the ones recommended above will greatly increase your chance of passing.  Of course, you can take the test more than once if you do not pass the first time! Take the 24-hour Missouri Practices course.  You'll get more information about this class when you are taking your pre-Exam course. 
Working With Buyers/Agency Issues Writing The Contract Comprehensive Financing Taking A Listing Home Styles & Building Terms Comparative Market Analysis Apply for license.
