Why is Facebook RE-directing traffic to your competition?
Facebook is testing the water on a sneaky re-direct on people coming to your business page and it's starting to make folks a little mad.  In fact,  one agent I spoke with was clearly pissed off about it.
 
Here's what's happening.
 
I go to my Facebook page today and I click the top drop down link to see who's invited me to visit their Facebook page.
 

 
Amy Boehm is the first in my lise and she invited me to LIKE her page. So I clicked and this is what I see next below.
 

 
Wait. Who did this to me.  Does Amy know about this?  Why am I getting all of these other REALTORs on Amy's page.  Did they pay Amy for this?  I don't think so.
 
I then click on Adam Wilson, and I go to his Real Estate Facebook page. Okay, he's not a REALTOR inside Amy's same town. So okay, maybe no real threat here.
 
I go back to Amy's Facebook page and the six redirects are now gone. 
 

 
I've spoken to a few dozen other agents and brokers and they seem upset about this too.
