Woodbury’s Marsh Creek Neighborhood Home Prices Decline a Bit
 

 
 

 
 
 
The average sales price for homes in Marsh Creek actually went down 2.6% last month to $424,156. I wouldn’t take this as an omen of things to come, however.  The economy is still improving, and Woodbury as a whole remains a strong market. In fact, Marsh Creek homes are selling faster than they have in years, with an average of only 51 days on the market. The average home in Woodbury is on the market for 83 days, showing how desirable Marsh Creek homes are to buyers.
