When selling your vacant Silver Spring, MD area property, staging can make a huge difference. Simply put, staging will turn a house into a home and that is exactly what Silver Spring, MD home buyers are looking for!
A case in point, my listing in the Arora Hills subdivision of Clarksburg, MD. The house had a lot of beautiful and desirable features but it didn't seem warm, comfortable and homey. Staging the main areas - entrance, living & dining room, kitchen and master bedroom - took care of that!
