Curb Appeal~ many Sellers tend to overlook the power that great landscaping can have on Buyers. Your home may be lovely inside; however if you’re not able to get Buyers beyond the threshold; all the time you spent “sprucing up” really won’t matter.

Bring excitement to your yard by adding flower-beds, water features, window-boxes, and change; paint; or add window shutters.
Paint the front door; update outdoor light fixtures; replace your old front door mat; paint or power-wash the outside of the house (don’t forget the stair rails, stairs, and door trim). When a Buyer is waiting at the door to access your home; they’re usually checking out the surroundings. 
Kitchen~ one of the first things a Buyer sees when looking at a home is the kitchen. Make sure yours is not only de-cluttered & clean but up to date. Granite counter-tops & stainless steel appliances are standard in todays’ real estate market.
If you’re not able to afford granite countertops there are many other similar surfaces that will suffice.
