LISTING price was $561,000, up from $464,000
ORIGINAL price was $576,000, up from $481,000
ASSESSMENT was $491,000, up from $400,000
Average = total prices / number of homes. The average is strongly influenced by the relative number of high-priced sales from one month to the next

SALES price was $450,000, up from $447,000 in June
LISTING price was $469,000, up from $459,000
ORIGINAL price was $469,000, down from $486,000
ASSESSMENT was $359,000, down from $369,000
Median = the home halfway down the list

The average
number of days on market was 56, down from 89 in June price paid per square foot was $236, down from $270 home then sold from about 92% of its original price
