How To Keep Motivated In The Winter
For those of us who work in colder climates I ask you... how do you keep motivated in the winter?  For those of you who are unfamiliar with the city of Saskatoon or even the weather in Saskatchewan I'll give you a quick overview.  We have 4 distinct seasons here with our summers sitting around +30 degrees celsius and our winters going down to -30 degrees celsius.  Recently we had an artic cold front come down and had a week worth of -50 degree temperature.  Needless to say no one wanted to go outside including me but as a Saskatoon real estate agent our jobs make it mandatory that we go outside.  I try to maintain a healthy balance including regular excerise and time spent with friends and family.  Many of my friends including my signifcant other struggle with the winter and tend to want to just stay inside and not socialize outside of the house.  For myself I have made it a personal mission to at least go out a few nights a week with friends and family outside of the house during the cold winters.  As well to ensure I get my physical fitness in I have purchased a ... more
