Sales and Listings in Prince George BC
Things are starting to pickup now that the snow and cold has stopped. As of this posting we have had since Jan.1st the BC Northern Real Estate Board has reported:
- 106 new listings (land, homes, condo etc)- 56 sales (land, homes, condo etc)So it should prove to be a very consistant market this year with 2009 even being better.
Have question just comment.
