Don't just sell a house - Sell a Neighborhood!
Every home buyer looking to buy a house aren't just looking for a nice place to call home. They are looking for more than that. When you are out showing houses to your client or when you are holding a open house for one of your clients,try to sell them as much as you can about the neighborhood.
Doing that makes you look like a real estate expert in that particular neighborhoood. Clients will be impressed by your knowledge and they will feel very comfortable and safe that your are representing them as their buyer's agent or listing agent. CRIME STATISTICS - Everybody wants to live in a home that is located in a very safe neighborhood. ( But I will refer them to the police website and let them discover that one by themselves )
