REALTOR/CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS--LIKE A MARRAIGE? Bad one many times....
There are times when, after working with a client/clients, that we (Realtors) have to decide if this "relationship" is going anywhere. Worth saving!  Realtor/client relationships can be as testy as a rocky marriage. For instance: you have the "cheating" client--who Realtor hops (or has), if  you know what I mean?  When can we, if we can, learn to trust them? Or can we ever? Once a cheater always a cheater?  Or, the secretive client; never telling the realtor quite everything--So afraid if we know what their "real" budget is, we'll ONLY show them the super high-priced tag stuff over their budget. And whatever you do, don't let the Realtor know who much you like a place.   If we have done our duel-diligence (tried like heck to find the right house, hauled their buns around zillions of miles, educated them about the market, provided comps) and they are still unhappy (want to drive around another zillion miles, see another zillion homes), should we call it a day? How long should we try to hang on? Or should we just hang it up?
