I fired my first Buyer Client!
Yippee!  I finally got the guts and I fired a couple I was working with in the purchase of a home.  My only regret is I didn't do it sooner in the process.
Not to rationalize (too much) but my two reasons for not pulling the plug sooner were:
1. They were referred to me by a past client.
2. I'm not that busy so I thought I could use the money.
Well, the light bulb has finally come on and it's nice and bright...it is just not worth my time and effort to work with people when all of the telltale signs are there that they are no good for my business.  They were extremely selfish, demanding, disrespectful of my time and ultimately not truthful.  Not only did I waste valuable time I could have spent working on other business, with my family or playing tennis but...I got a $210 speeding ticket on my way to meet them one day!!!
I'm just so proud of myself for finally putting my family and my business above unmotivated and barely qualified buyers.  Next time, when the writing is on the wall from the beginning, I won't even put them in my car.
Yea me!
